Lubbock Boy Suffered Internal Bleeding Before Death - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

An autopsy report is revealing new information in the death of a 3-month-old baby.

Sergeant Scott Farmer told NewsChannel 11 the autopsy will not be complete for weeks, but doctors have already learned that the baby was bleeding internally from the brain. The cause of that bleeding or the death is still under investigation. Police are still questioning people to find out what happened December 13th, when EMS picked Jeremiah Lee Torres up from an apartment in the 4300 Block of Canton.

The boy's father said he was not breathing and was giving him CPR. Doctors discovered what they called "non-accidental" injuries in the emergency room. The baby died last Tuesday.
