A Lubbock lawyer wants to make decisions behind the bench. Thursday, Scott Morris announced his candidacy for Lubbock County Court of law, Number Two.
"They can expect me to be a tough, firm judge, they can expect me to run the courtroom with decorum and they can expect me to get the job done," said Morris.
Morris is running against incumbent Drue Farmer in the Republican Primary.
