Jonathan "Jody" Nelson, the man accused of embezzling $78 million from a Snyder-based oil drilling company is about to say good-bye to all of his assets.

The courts are in the process of auctioning off $30 million worth of luxuries already recovered. They include a helicopter, airplanes, cars, boats, and wave runners, as well as property, and businesses. The auction has not yet been scheduled, but the courts are hoping to expedite the sale.
