Rogers, Rodriguez Link No Longer Public - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

The possible connection recently reported between Rosendo Rodriguez and Joanna Rogers will no longer be discussed publicly.

District Judge Jim Darnell issued a gag order, following a CNN interview last week with Lubbock County Sheriff's investigators and Rodriguez' attorney. In December, the sheriff's office named Rodriguez as the prime suspect in the teen's disappearance, saying information found on both Rodriguez' and Roger's computers linked the two.

Rodriguez is currently charged with capital murder in the death of Summer Baldwin. Baldwin's body was found inside a suitcase at the city landfill last September. Joanna Rogers has been missing since May of 2004.
