An injunction filed in court Friday makes the "no stripping" rule at Baby Dolls official. The City of Lubbock filed documents Friday to finalize the decision a Licensing and Permits Board made Monday.
The board denied Baby Dolls owner Charles Westlund an operating license because of a past criminal record. Westlund plans to appeal the decision but the business is still open as a bar. The cover charge is gone and dancers are no longer allowed to strip.
