Tulia Teen Dies in Rollover

The small town of Tulia is mourning the loss of one of its own. The Swisher County Sheriff's Office says 18-year-old Jacob Frank Rogers was returning home from a stock show around 1am Saturday.

He was about a mile North of Kress on US-87 when he lost control of his pickup truck, and rolled several times. He was not wearing a seatbelt and was thrown from the truck. Rogers was a senior at Tulia High School.
