Pinion Announces Candidacy For County Clerk - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Kelly Pinion worked in the County Clerk's Office for twelve years. Now she researches court records across the nation. Tuesday, Kelly Pinion announced her intent to run for Lubbock County Clerk.

"I do have the unique perspective of having worked on both sides of the customer counter. I'm there daily, and I can hear customers coming into the office, expressing different types of frustration and I believe I can make it a better place," said Pinion.

Pinion faces three opponents in the Republican March Primary David Young, Mike Arismendez and Penny Turner.
