Hispanic Chamber Welcomes New Officers - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

The Lubbock Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is starting the new year with new officers.

The chamber held an officer installation ceremony at a luncheon Thursday. They also honored Chairman Alex Martinez for five years of dedicated service.
