Voting in Lubbock just became easier, faster and more secure.
Texas Secretary of State Roger Williams was in Lubbock, Thursday, to kick off a statewide voter education program. It's called "Votexas." During his three-day, nine-city tour, Williams is using a mobile exhibit to prepare voters for the next election by explaining how technology has streamlined the process.
