Seminole Murder Trial Begins Monday - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Did Daniel Flores kill his pregnant girlfriend nearly three years ago? That's what a Gaines County jury will decide in a murder trial next week.

Jury selection began Friday in Seminole. It's the same town where 18-year-old Erica Muro died on January 26th of 2003. Authorities say Flores, her common law husband, shot her in the head and then shot at police.

Flores is now serving a life sentence for causing harm to one officer.
