Fatal Accident in Floydada

Floydada Police are investigating a fatal accident. It happened in the 600 block of East Kentucky in Floydada just after 5pm Saturday. Police say a 19-year-old female lost control of her red Pontiac Grand AM and flipped several times, throwing her from the vehicle. She was not wearing a seatbelt. Police are not sure if speed was a factor, but they are investigating.
