Jury selection is set to begin Monday in the Ismael Diaz murder trial. Diaz will stand trial for a deadly stabbing at Copper Caboose in April of 2005. 21-year-old Hector Villareal died and 22-year-old Jason Delarosa suffered critical injuries in the April 17th stabbing. It happened in the restaurant parking lot at 56th and Avenue Q, just as the two were leaving work around 11pm. Restaurant patrons held Diaz at the scene until police arrived.
