Albertson's, the nation's second largest grocery store chain, will be sold to an investment group.
The deal totals about $17.4 billion in stock, cash, and debt assumption. Among the investors, the super market chain Super-Valu and drug store company CVS. Super-Valu will acquire about 1,100 Albertson's stores in the deal.
