If you woke up feeling a little down today, you're not alone. A European psychologist has proclaimed Monday, January 23rd as the most depressing day of the year.
The theory makes sense... the holiday spirit is gone, but the holiday charges are coming in. By this time, much of the country is usually fighting cold or damp weather. For millions of people those well-intentioned new year's resolutions are becoming history. And unless you're a Steelers or Seahawks fan, your favorite football team is done for the season. Oh, and for most people, Monday is the farthest you can get from the typical Friday.
For what it's worth, we're just 5 months away from what is believed to be the happiest day of the day...holidays aside...that's June 23rd, which just happens to fall on a Friday this year.
