Two teens accused of going on a burning spree in Ralls last week, made their first court appearance Tuesday. 19-year-old Wesley Sellers and 18-year-old David Hernandez were arraigned Tuesday. Both are charged with felony criminal mischief. Sellers, who is a volunteer fire fighter, is also charged with arson. An anonymous tip helped authorities connect both teens to a fire at the Owens Gin and Sellers to a fire at an abandoned house.
Authorities believe a third suspect may be to blame for a fire at Trinity Company on Friday. It burned more than 500 bales of cotton. A $5,000 reward is being offered to anyone who can lead police to an arrest and indictment.
