Suspected Drunk Driver Causes Collision - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Two people are recovering after their vehicle was struck in southwest Lubbock by an alleged drunk driver at the South Loop and Slide road. Police say, a car ran a red light around 2:45 Thursday morning, and struck another vehicle in the intersection.

Two people from that car were treated for minor injuries. Police arrested the driver of the first car, on suspicion of drunk driving, and a minor in possession of alcohol.
