Roy Grimes Named School Board Trustee of the Year - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

For more than 30 years he focused on students, now educators are focusing on Roy Grimes. On Thursday, Lubbock I.S.D. honored Grimes because he was named the Texas Classroom Teacher's Association School Board Trustee of the Year 2005-2006.

Grimes served L.I.S.D. as an educator and administrator for more than 30 years and has been a member of the school board since 1988. The Texas Classroom Teachers Association will honor him at a ceremony in Dallas, next month.
