The battle over Lubbock's last strip club may be fought in federal court. A 500 page document was filed in Lubbock Federal Court on Thursday to move the city's case with Baby Doll's owner Charles Westlund from state to Federal court. Westlund is suing the city because his operating license was rejected because of a criminal record.
Baby dolls remains open as a bar. Stripping is no longer allowed.
