Fulcher to Serve Maximum Sentence

Lubbock Sheriff's Office Lubbock Sheriff's Office

A Lubbock man will serve the maximum sentence for leaving a gun with his nephew. That gun somehow discharged and killed 11-year-old Ronald Willis, known to his family and friends as Tuna. It happened in September of 2004 at the Parkway Village apartments in East Lubbock.

On Friday, Judge Sam Cummings sentenced Aaron Fulcher to ten years in prison. You'll recall he warned Fulcher last month that he would not go light on his punishment because he was a convicted felon.
