The cost of the drought in Texas is going up. Soaring hay prices and costs for supplemental feed have caused drought loss estimates to increase to one and a-half billion dollars. That is 30% more than estimates made just two months ago. But here in Lubbock, we found some businesses are profiting from dry weather.
