Happy ISD Superintendent Resigns After Arrest - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

The Happy Independent School District is looking for a new superintendent.

The school board accepted Kenneth Plume's resignation Thursday. The resignation comes three weeks after Plume was arrested for hitting and injuring his wife.

Happy is located just north of Lubbock in Swisher County.
