Two South Lubbock homes continue to act as crime scenes after the discovery of a double homicide Friday. The bodies of 73-year-old Wanda Faye Turner and daughter, 52-year-old Vicki Logan, were discovered Friday when two of Logan's co-workers went to the house to check on her after she didn't show up for work. When the two co-workers arrived at the house, Logan's son answered the door and led them to his grandmother's house next door. Police say at that point, no one entered, but the boy was uttering the words "they're dead..."
Lubbock Police do suspect foul play. Logan's son was taken in for questioning, but has since been released. Lubbock Police have yet to name a suspect. Police are still calling the area a crime scene and will continue to search for more information in this double homicide.
