Driver Injured in Rollover

An off-duty police officer was driving behind a suburban north of Lubbock Tuesday when the suburban rolled several times. It happened just after 5 p.m. near New Deal on County Road 1900 and FM 1729. The officer watched as the driver lost control of her vehicle, over-corrected and then swerved off the road, flipping several times before coming to a rest right-side up.

EMS took 27-year-old Angela Moyers to Covenant Medical Center. Her condition is unavailable at this time.
