Lubbock Sheriff's OfficeA mother and daughter were buried Thursday as their relative remains in jail charged with their murders. The bodies of 52-year-old Vicki Logan and 73-year-old Wanda Faye Turner were found in the 2700 of 80th Street, on Friday. Vicki's son, 19-year-old Steven Tyler Logan, is charged with capital murder in both of the deaths. He was arraigned Tuesday at the Lubbock County Court House where he pleaded not guilty.
A court has appointed Lubbock attorney, Pat Metze, to defend Logan. Logan remains in jail on a $1 million bond.
