Motorcyclist Dies One Day After Collision

One of three people hospitalized in a motorcycle wreck in Central Lubbock has died. 22-year-old Christopher Straub died Thursday.

He was driving one of the motorcycles that collided with a car at 34th and Joliet Wednesday. Both his passenger, 17-year-old Amber Carter and the driver of the other motorcycle 24-year-old Aaron Smith have been upgraded to serious condition.
