Lubbock Man's Death Ruled Accidental

No foul play is suspected in the weekend death of a Lubbock man.

The Lubbock Medical Examiner tells NewsChannel 11, 51-year-old Jimmy Dial died from medical related problems. He was found in his home at 2709 46th Street, Sunday afternoon.

Dial's sister had not heard from him in days and decided to check on him. That's when she made the discovery.

Due to circumstances inside the home, police began an investigation. But, that came to an end when the medical examiner ruled Dial's death accidental.
