The refrigerator at the Lubbock Ronald McDonald house is full thanks to a donation by the Lubbock County Farm Bureau and United Supermarkets.
The donation is in honor of Food Check Out Day. The day recognizes the affordable prices in American grocery stores. Representatives from the bureau did the grocery shopping at United Supermarket at 50th Street and Avenue Q.
In all the Ronald McDonald house received $300 worth of food.
