Teen Driver Crashes Into House - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

A teenage driver crashed into a house in the 2500 block of Amherst around 8:15 Wednesday morning. Police say 17-year-old Laura Olvera was trying to back out of the driveway to take her younger siblings to school. She accidentally hit the accelerator, ran into a tree, a fence and crashed into her neighbor's bedroom.

Fortunately no one was injured but the house sustained $10,000 in damages.
