Accused Sex Offender Changes His Plea - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

On Thursday David Kennimer confessed to taking pornographic pictures of a 6-year-old Lubbock girl. The incident happened in September of last year at Dupre Elementary School. While in the gym, investigators say he paid the girl to pull her underwear down and took pictures of her.

In December, the 19-year-old pleaded not guilty to the charge of production of child pornography. But Thursday, he changed that plea to guilty. He now faces up to 30 years in prison and a $250,000.

Kennimer still faces a state trial on charges related to this child pornography case.
