Intoxicated Manslaughter Case Moves to District Attorney's Office

The intoxication manslaughter case of Erin Nicole Reagan is now in the hands of the Lubbock District Attorney.

Police say the 20-year-old caused a head on collision that killed 21-year-old Amber Menefee. It happened Friday night on West Loop 289, near 34th street. Police say Reagan was drunk and was driving the wrong way.

She is free on a $10,000 bond. In the meantime, the district attorney's office is reviewing the case and could present it to a grand jury within the coming weeks.
