Nelson's Wife Turns Over Money

New developments in Jonathan Nelson's embezzlement case. Tuesday, his wife, Hillary, turned over $4.2 million to a Lubbock Federal Court. That money was put in a Morgan Stanley account opened just days before Nelson turned himself in.

You'll recall Nelson is the man accused of embezzling nearly $70 million from Patterson UTI, a Snyder based oil drilling company. The courts have been debating whether Nelson's wife should keep the money. Her attorneys decided to cooperate now in hopes that some or all of the money might eventually be returned.

Nelson will also be allowed to leave his house this week for the first time to meet with Patterson UTI officials.
