Men Charged With Burglarizing Garage - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Two men are now in custody after police say they tried steal from a South Lubbock home Tuesday night. It happened just before 6 p.m. at 97th and Miami. Police say the homeowner went to his garage and found 25-year-old William Lee Peary and 21-year-old Daniel Lozao going through his belongings.

The men took off and crashed their car just feet away. One of the men ran and police arrested him a few blocks away. The other was arrested at the scene.

They are both charged with burglary of a residence and possession of a controlled substance.
