Steinmetz Announces Candidacy - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

The Lubbock County Republican Party will elect a new chair this year. On Wednesday, John Steinmetz announced his candidacy.

He said "My experience speaks for itself. I want to increase communication and make the everyday voter really feel like they're a part of our republican party," said Steinmetz.

Steinmetz is the Assistant Vice President of Business Development at Plains Capital Bank. Steinmetz is running against Roger Settler. Early voting starts Tuesday.
