Train Collides With Car - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

A train collided with a car in West Lubbock.

The accident happened around 2:45 Sunday morning, in the 7700 block of 34th Street. Police say 47-year-old Roy Powell failed to stop his car at the tracks, and was hit by a moving train.

Aerocare transported him to Covenant Medical Center, where he remains in critical condition.
