Police Arrest Suspected Purse Snatcher - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

An alleged purse snatcher is behind bars. Lubbock Police say Ricky Morgan tried to steal a purse from a woman in the United parking lot, at 50th and Avenue Q, around 8:30 p.m. Monday. Minutes later police found the 17-year-old in an alley off Avenue S and 57th Street.

Morgan is now being held on a $12,000 bond in the Lubbock County Jail. He's charged with burglary of a vehicle, attempted robbery and evading arrest.
