Lubbock police are back to patrolling sandwich shops since the main suspect is still at large. One man was arrested Tuesday after police say he tried to rob the Subway at 4th and Frankford.

The store's manager says Jaime Hernandez wrote "Give me your money" on a dollar bill after ordering a sandwich. When they didn't hand over any cash, Hernandez sat down to eat. Shortly afterwards, police put the 21-year-old in handcuffs. Now, he's charged with robbery.

Hernandez is being investigated for robbing at least five other local sandwich shops over the past two weeks but since police have not linked him to those crimes. They say they are still looking for a suspect.
