Hazmat Responds After Truck Slams Into Building - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Hazmat was called out Saturday evening after a truck ran into building.

DPS, the Lubbock Police Department, and the Lubbock Sheriff's Office were all called out to 8905 Avenue P just before 8:30pm Saturday.

The driver of the truck fled the scene after slamming into the building. Hazmat crews were called out because of hazardous chemicals that were either in the building or in the vehicle. Law enforcement continues to investigate this accident.
