Justin Davis Murder Trial Begins - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

The crime scene will be the focus of a second murder trial underway at the Lubbock County Courthouse.

20-year-old Martreon Moore died from a gunshot wound in December of 2004. While trying to find help, he collapsed on the porch of a home near North Bates and East Cherry. Two months after the shooting, police arrested 21-year-old Justin Lewayne Davis in New Mexico. He's charged with Moore's murder.

On Monday selection began in his trial. Two other people, Ron White and Dominic Kelley, are also charged in this case. Their trial dates have not been set.
