Testimony in the murder trial of Justin Lewayne Davis has ended in a mistrial. Davis is charged in the December 2004 shooting of 20-year-old Martreon Moore. A homeowner found Moore after he collapsed on the porch of her home near North Bates and East Cherry.

On Tuesday, the judge declared a mistrial, after one of the jurors recognized the victim's father. The trial will be rescheduled for a later date.

Meanwhile, two other people, Ron White and Dominic Kelley are also charged in this case. Their trial dates have not been set.
