Dr. Haragan Begins Serving as TTU Interim Chancellor - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Texas Tech University is now under the guidance of Dr. Donald Haragan. He began serving as interim chancellor Wednesday after Dr. David Smith's resignation became effective.

Haragan is a professor with the honors college and served as Tech's president from 1996 to 2000. He says he'll serve as long as needed, however he's not interested in becoming the permanent chancellor.
