Signs Your Teen May Be Using Drugs

All morning NewsChannel 11's Suleika Acosta spoke with an expert on how to find out if your teen is using drugs. Glenn Larsen, with the Region 1 Prevention Resource showed what parents should look for.

He says it's important to talk with your kids about drugs beginning at a very early age. Below is a list of symptoms

  • Mood Swings
  • Personality Changes
  • Defensiveness
  • Overly Emotional
  • Overly Self Centered
  • Strained Communication
  • Withdrawal from friends and family
  • Change in Dress and Friends
  • Apathy
  • School Problems
  • Anxious Behavior
