Three Indicted for Kidnapping of Lubbock Man - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

A Lubbock grand jury indicted three people in connection to a kidnapping in January. 25-year-old Justin Hightower disappeared January 22nd, following a fight at a central Lubbock home. Police later found his vehicle in an alley in the 3500 block of 45th street. It had been set on fire. Then on January 26th, Hightower contacted his family and said he was safe.

Rachel Hardwicke, Cody Murfee and Aaron Smith are charged with one count of aggravated kidnapping.
