Bentley Indicted for Aggravated Kidnapping - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

A Lubbock Grand Jury indicted James Bentley for aggravated kidnapping Tuesday.

30-year-old Anthony Maze walked to the Whataburger restaurant at 7101 Quaker after he was shot in the leg February 13, 2006. He told police Bentley and two others kidnapped him and then left him in the Wal-Mart parking lot.

28-year-old Bentley will now stand trial for that crime. He's in the Lubbock County Jail.
