Fire Training Creates Black Plume of Smoke In Sky - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Black smoke filled the North Lubbock skyline Wednesday morning. A Lubbock Fire Training Academy set up a mock plane crash to teach fire fighters how to deal with a disaster. The fire department conducts this type of training every few months at the Lubbock Preston Smith International Airport.

The training continues through Friday.
