Driver Crashes into Cement Barrier - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Lubbock police believe alcohol was a factor in a rollover accident around 2 a.m. Friday morning. It happened on South Loop 289 near Quaker Avenue. Police say 27-year-old Michael Ray Childers hit a cement barrier and flipped his sport utility vehicle.

He suffered minor injuries, and was cited for failure to control speed and no insurance.
