City Candidates Draw For Ballot Order - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

The ballot order for the May 13th election will be based on the luck of the draw. On Friday, candidates for city office gathered in Lubbock City Council chambers. They drew numbers to decide which order their name would appear on the ballot.
