Memorial Planned for Lubbock Dentist and Wife

A memorial service has been set for one of two Lubbock couples killed in a plane crash Monday. Dr. Paul Johnson was piloting the plane with his wife Marcia and their friends Bill and Betty Roach on board. They were returning to Lubbock from Missouri when the plane went down. Johnson had reported some sort of difficulty and was returning to the airport.

Federal investigators are now looking into the crash. A memorial service will be held Saturday for Paul and Marcia Johnson. It starts at 2 p.m. at Broadway Church of Christ.

Services are still pending for Bill and Betty Roach.
