County Clerk Candidate Receives Endorsements - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

A Lubbock County District Clerk candidate received endorsements on Wednesday from two people who were once his opponents.

Penny Turner and David Young were weeded out as candidates for the position during the March Primary. Turner and Young endorsed Arismendez, saying his management skills are the right fit for the office.

Arismendez faces Kelly Pinion in a runoff election.
