Former Idalou Firefighter Arrested for Allegedly Beating His Child - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

A former Idalou volunteer firefighter is behind bars. Anthony Nicholas Trevino is accused of severely beating his infant son. He is facing three counts of injury to a child.

The abuse is not believed to be sexual. Trevino lived at an Idalou apartment complex, but was arrested in the 2200 block of 17th Street in Lubbock just before 5pm Wednesday evening.

If convicted, Trevino faces 5 to 99 years or life in prison.
