Fifth Bank Robber Indicted

There are now five people charged with a series of Lubbock bank robberies that spanned over two years.

A Lubbock Federal Grand Jury indicted 41-year-old Ivin Darrell Wozencraft Wednesday. He's charged with conspiracy to commit bank and credit union robbery and aggravated robbery. You'll recall four others were indicted last month on the same charges for the same crimes. According to the indictment, not all suspects are involved in each robbery.

The other suspects: James Edward Peacock, David Aaron Johnson, James Glen Horton and Erica Nicole Edwards have all pleaded not guilty. The trial is set to begin the first week of May.

If convicted, each faces imprisonment varying in range at a maximum from 7 to 50 years.
